Walk the rooms with us
We come to you, walk the rooms, and ask about the light at breakfast, the light at dinner, the light when guests come over. That conversation becomes the design brief.
A plan you can see
We design the lighting layout, choose the fixtures and controls, plan the wiring, and bring you a written proposal. Nothing about your install should be a surprise.
Built around your build
We coordinate directly with your builder, electrician, and interior designer. The earlier we're at the table, the better — most of the savings on a custom lighting install come from getting wiring decisions right before the drywall goes up.
Scenes programmed to your life
Once the install is done, we sit with you and program the scenes. Wake-up, dinner, movie, away — whatever fits the way you live. Tunable, adjustable, yours.
And we're around afterward
We stay until the system is genuinely easy to use. Then we're there for tuning, additions, and service whenever you need us.

Questions we hear a lot
Do I need to rewire my house?
Not always. Lutron's wireless options work in a retrofit without opening walls. For new construction or major remodel, we plan a hardwired install — it's cleaner and more capable, and it's the moment to do it.
Can I add lighting control later, room by room?
Absolutely. We design with your future in mind so the system grows with you. Start with the spaces that matter most, expand from there.
Will my electrician handle the install?
We coordinate directly with your electrician — typically they handle line voltage, we handle the controls and programming. We're happy to bring our own crew for the full job too.
What about service after the install?
Every project includes a year of service for adjustments and tuning. After that, we offer ongoing service plans and a la carte support — and because we live here, we actually show up.
